Time you get back is not automatically money you stop spending. Your plan separates the two, and says which of your costs would actually change.
How we estimate
Your estimate is built from your workload, your costs and the running costs of the proposed solution. Where we do not have enough information, the plan says so and lists what we would need. It is an estimate, not a measurement.
And we count the other direction too: the build price, plus any ongoing software or charges based on use. All of it is in the plan before you commit.

The plan is free. The work itself gets a fixed price for what you agree to, written into the plan before anything starts. If the scope or the terms do not suit you, we change them with you first. Any ongoing software costs or charges based on use are listed separately, so there are no surprises later. Automation is quoted per job and is priced separately from our website builds.
Only what your workflow needs. Before anything is connected we agree in writing which systems we need access to, what information passes through, and what is stored. The plan names each connection, and nothing is connected that you have not agreed to.
That depends on your existing systems, so we check what you already have first. Where something off the shelf does the job, we will say so and set it up properly rather than bill you to rebuild it. Whether any new tool is needed, and what it would cost, is answered in your plan.
It writes from your pricing and your own material, in the tone you approve, and you choose which steps go out automatically and which wait for you. The approval points are set out in your plan.
The pause controls and approval points are set to suit how you work, written into your plan and agreed with you before we build.
Live in days, not months, for most of this. The exact window is agreed in your plan, because a two-step follow-up and a system that reads handwriting are not the same size of job.
We agree with you which steps need a person to review them and what happens when a check fails, and those controls are tested against your real paperwork before anything goes live.
That is the interesting half of the work. Describe it, and the free plan will tell you honestly whether it is worth building, whether something already does it, or whether it is not worth your money.
